Hey Nezzie Boutique - Return Policy

In order to return your online purchase, item must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition, item must have all original tags in place, item must be free of any type stains, any odors of any kind, or any damage, item must not have any pet or animal hair, item is not jewelry, sale/markdown/special promotion item, and you are requesting the return within 3 days of receiving it. If you answered YES to all of these requirements then you are eligible for a return. Follow all return policy instructions carefully.

 

Hey Nezzie thanks you for your business and hopes that you love your new purchases, however we understand that online shopping doesn’t allow you to touch, feel, or try on, so unfortunately sometimes returns are necessary. We want to make this part of your shopping experience with us as pleasant as the rest, and we will gladly accept your return and apply your store credit to a gift card, only if you comply with all the terms and conditions of our return policy.

Any store credit gift card issued will be good for only 1 year from date issued. Store credit gift cards can be used only by the original customer and are not transferable.

All sales of jewelry and sale/markdown/special promotion items are final. No returns will be accepted on these items.

Shipping costs of your original order are non-refundable and any store credit gift card issued will be for the cost of the original item only, excluding shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Hey Nezzie Boutique is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping or returns, and reserves the right to refuse any return item if the listed terms and conditions are deemed not met by management.

 

How To Return Your Purchase

In-Store Purchase: Returns on items purchased at the Hey Nezzie storefront MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE and will be issued a Store Credit Gift Card Only, NO cash refunds will be given. Exceptions to this will be if you received the items as a gift during the Holiday Shopping Season. Returns on these items will be accepted until January 15th.

Online Purchase: Returns for online items will be processed as described below.

Receiving Your Order: When you receive your order please inspect it immediately. If it is not correct, if it is incomplete, if it doesn’t fit as you hoped it would, or if it is somehow defective then please contact our customer service team via email within 3 business days of receipt of your order.

Email Customer Service Team: Email us with “Return Request” in the subject line within 3 business days at contact@heynezzie.com. Your email must include your name, your order number, your original shipment tracking number, and a photo and description of the problem so our team can begin working to make it right. We will review these return requests quickly to see what your problem might be and respond to you as soon as possible to help resolve your issue.

Returning Your Item: The return must include your name, the original order number, and a phone number we can reach you. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date you received your order. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Ship your returns to: Hey Nezzie Boutique, 137 W Bankhead, New Albany MS 38652.

Processing Your Return: If we receive your return within the required time period, if it meets the conditions stated above, and if you have included all the required information, then we will begin processing your return for store credit gift card immediately. Once your return has been processed our customer service team will contact you via the email address you provided with your original return request. Your store credit gift card will be valid at the time you receive our email and you can immediately begin shopping for that next “I just gotta have it item”.

Unapproved Return: If your return does not meet the requirements of our return policy then it will not be processed for a store credit gift card. Customer must pay additional shipping charges within 24 hours of receiving a “return rejection email” from our customer service team to have the item returned to them. If fee is not paid within this time then the item will not be returned to the customer and Hey Nezzie reserves the right to donate the item to a local charity of our choice.
