Hey Nezzie Boutique – Order Cancellation / Order Add-On Policy

In an effort to provide our customers with the best service possible, our Hey Nezzie team will work quickly to process your orders as we receive them. We understand that sometimes things happen and you need to cancel an order, or after you have hit submit, you see another “I just gotta have it item”. Don’t worry, we will gladly accept your cancellation or add-on if they are done within 1 hour of your original purchase.

You must email our customer service team with “Cancel Order” or “Order Add-On” in the subject line at contact@heynezzie.com within 1 hour of your purchase. Please include your original order number and a description of the changes you wish to make.

Unfortunately, once an order has been processed and prepared for shipping, then we can no longer allow a cancellation or add-on for this original order. You will have to return your order once you receive it using our return policy instructions or create a new order with the item you wish to add-on.
